Peer pressure influences your exam pressure. Avoid it as much as possible.
The best way is to plan your lesson well. Don’t worry what your friends are doing. Plan your work and avoid excessive anxiety. Do not deviate from your set plan when your friends say “this is important or that is sure to come”
Have a balanced mind. Don’t allow your mind to get stressed. Take a short break when you study for 50 min.
Take proper diet. A healthy body leads to a healthy, active mind.
Have confidence about your abilities.
Take adequate Sleep.
Talk and meet only those friends with whom you feel most comfortable. (Avoid stressed people to don’t let them build pressure in your mind too)
